Finland?! Who Knew You Had It In You?

As a brief follow-up to yesterday's link to the amazingly awful British faux-rapper, I present Finland's entry in the Eurovision competition.

This is what the Finns choose to represent themselves in an international competition? Awesome. That's what that is. It is awesome.

EDIT: Lo and behold, but this song won over the voters of Europe, too, and Lordi won the Eurovision competition. From the article:
"This is a victory for rock music ... and also a victory for open-mindedness," the band's lead singer, Mr. Lordi, said after the win — Finland's first. "We are not Satanists. We are not devil-worshippers. This is entertainment."

Hard Rock Hallelujah, indeed.
